Agreement
These terms apply between you and Jet Air Travel Inc, 9413 120th Street, Richmond Hill, NY 11419, United States. By using this website or sending us an
inquiry you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What we are
We are a travel agent. We arrange travel services that are supplied by
other companies — airlines, hotels, car hire firms, cruise lines, tour operators, safari
camps, insurers and others. We act as an agent for those suppliers, or as an agent for you in
dealing with them.
We are not the airline, the hotel or the operator. The travel service itself is supplied
under that supplier’s own terms and conditions, which form a contract between you and them.
We will make those terms available to you before you commit.
This website is not a booking engine
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. The site shows no prices and no
live availability. Submitting the inquiry form creates no booking, reserves nothing and
commits neither of us. A booking exists only when we have confirmed it to you in writing and
the required payment has been received.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us and on availability and rates at the moment
we prepare them. Fares, rates and exchange rates change constantly and are not held until a
booking is confirmed and paid. If a supplier’s price changes before confirmation, we will tell
you and you may withdraw at no cost.
We tell you the total price, including taxes and fees we are aware of, before you commit.
Some charges are levied directly by suppliers at the point of travel — resort fees, baggage
charges, local taxes, fuel surcharges on car hire — and are payable by you.
Your responsibilities
- Names. Give us names exactly as they appear in the passport used for
travel. Airlines charge to correct names and some tickets cannot be corrected at all. - Documents. You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct
visas, and any required health documentation. We can assist with visa applications, but
the decision belongs to the relevant government or consular authority and we cannot
guarantee an outcome. - Accuracy. Check every confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us
immediately if anything is wrong. - Insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance appropriate to your
trip, taken out at the time of booking.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Once an itinerary is agreed we send payment
instructions separately. Deposits, balance due dates and accepted methods vary by supplier and
are set out in your written confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are set by the supplier and vary enormously — some fares are
entirely non-refundable from the moment of ticketing. Your written confirmation states the
terms that apply to your booking. Our own service fees, where charged, are stated before you
commit and are non-refundable once work has been carried out.

Limitation of liability
We are responsible for arranging your travel with reasonable skill and care. We are not
responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable
control — including weather, air traffic control decisions, strikes, mechanical failure,
epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action and border closures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is
limited to the service fees we charged you for arranging it. Nothing in these terms excludes
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photography and code of this website belong to Jet Air Travel Inc or are used under
licence. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be brought
in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, and both parties submit to
the jurisdiction of those courts.
