Not sure what you need? Tell us where you are going and we will work it out.
How a booking becomes a booking, what changing or cancelling costs, and how refunds actually work in travel.
Draft for legal review. This text was prepared from how the site actually works and what it collects. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have counsel review and sign it off before publication, and switch this notice off when they do.
A booking exists only at step 5. Nothing before that holds a price or reserves a seat, room
or vehicle.
Refunds in travel are set by the supplier, not by us. We can only pass
on what the airline, hotel or operator allows under the fare or rate you booked. Many of the
lowest fares and rates are non-refundable from the moment they are issued.
This is why we always show you the change and cancellation terms before you commit.
Read them. If flexibility matters, tell us and we will price a flexible option alongside the
cheapest one.
Tell us as early as you can — changes almost always cost less the earlier they are made.
Where a change is permitted, the total cost is the sum of: any supplier change fee, any
difference in fare or rate, and our service fee for handling it. We tell you all three before
we make the change, and we do not proceed without your written approval.
Name changes on air tickets are treated by most airlines as a cancellation and rebooking,
not as a change. This is why we ask for names exactly as they appear in the passport.
Cancel in writing to balwinder@jetairus.com. The cancellation takes effect
when we receive it, not when you decide.
What you get back depends entirely on the supplier’s terms for your booking. Where a refund
is due, we claim it from the supplier and pass it to you as soon as they release it. Airline
refunds commonly take 4 to 12 weeks, and occasionally longer; we cannot pay
out money we have not yet received.
Our service fees cover work already carried out and are non-refundable once that work has
been done. Any fee is stated to you before you commit.
If an airline cancels a flight or a hotel cannot honour a reservation, your rights are
against that supplier under their terms and under any applicable law — including, for flights
to, from or within the United States, the protections administered by the U.S. Department of
Transportation.
We will help you claim, rebook or obtain a refund at no additional service fee. We are not
liable for the supplier’s failure, but we will not leave you to deal with it alone.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance taken out at the time of
booking, not before departure. Cancellation cover generally only applies to events
occurring after the policy is bought, so a policy purchased late may not cover a cancellation
you could already foresee.
Insurance is arranged through licensed providers. We will tell you plainly whether we are
referring you to a provider or arranging cover, and on what basis.
Entry requirements are set by the destination government and can change without notice. You
are responsible for holding correct documentation. We can advise and assist with applications,
but a visa decision belongs to the relevant authority.
No refund is available for travel missed because of missing or invalid
documentation. Many countries require at least six months’ passport validity beyond
your return date — check yours now rather than at the airport.
Tell us as soon as a problem arises, ideally while you are still travelling, because most
issues can be fixed at the time. Email balwinder@jetairus.com or call
+1 917-470-7092. We acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within
28 days.
This website is not a live booking engine — no live availability or pricing is shown. Visa decisions are made by the relevant government/consular authorities. For urgent medical emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
