What we collect when you send us an inquiry, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
Jet Air Travel Inc is a travel agency registered in New York, trading from 9413 120th Street, Richmond Hill, NY 11419, United States. We arrange
flights, accommodation, ground transport, tours, safaris, cruises, visas and related travel
services. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What this website is — and is not
This site is not a booking engine. It does not show live availability,
it does not quote live prices, and it does not take payment. Everything you send is a
request. A consultant reviews it, checks what is actually available, and confirms
the price with you before anything is booked.
We do not process card details on this website. Our Payments page lists the methods we
accept; payment instructions are sent to you separately once an itinerary is agreed.
Information you give us
When you complete an inquiry or contact form, we collect only what the form asks for:

Please do not send sensitive details through the website. Passport
numbers, dates of birth, medical or dietary information and payment details are not needed at
the inquiry stage. Where a booking genuinely requires them, your consultant will ask for them
over a secure channel.
Information we collect automatically
When you submit a form we record the date and time, the page you submitted from, your
browser’s user-agent string, and your IP address. The IP address is kept for two reasons:
to rate-limit automated abuse of the form, and — where you tick the marketing consent box —
as evidence of when and from where that consent was given.
This site self-hosts all of its fonts, icons and scripts. It does not load anything from a
content delivery network, and at the date of this policy it runs no analytics,
advertising or social-media tracking. If that changes, this policy and a cookie
notice will be updated before the tags go live.
Cookies
The website sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function — for example a session
cookie if you log in to the administration area, which ordinary visitors never do. We do not
currently set analytics or advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Arranging travel means passing your details to the people who actually provide it. Depending
on what you ask us for, that can include:
- airlines, and the global distribution systems and consolidators used to ticket them;
- hotels, resorts, villa owners and accommodation wholesalers;
- car hire companies, chauffeur and transfer operators, rail and coach operators;
- cruise lines, yacht operators, safari camps, lodges and ground handlers;
- tour operators and destination management companies;
- insurers and their appointed brokers, where you ask us about travel insurance;
- visa processing services and, through them, the relevant consular authorities;
- air ambulance and medical assistance providers, where that is the service requested.
We also use ordinary business service providers — email hosting, website hosting and
accounting software — who process information on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context
behavioural advertising.
We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to
establish or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
Travel is international by nature. Booking a hotel in Kenya or a flight on a European
carrier means your details reach that supplier in that country. Data-protection standards
vary between countries and may be lower than those in the United States. By asking us to
arrange travel in a particular destination, you accept that we must pass the details needed
to arrange it to suppliers there.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted 24 months after the last
contact. Records relating to completed bookings are kept for seven years to
meet tax, accounting and insurance obligations, then deleted.
Marketing consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, plus four years
after it is withdrawn, because that is what evidences the consent if it is ever questioned.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need;
- withdraw marketing consent — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe
link in any email, or simply email us.
Email balwinder@jetairus.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will
ask you to confirm your identity before releasing or deleting anything, so that we do not
disclose your details to somebody else.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Virginia,
Colorado, Connecticut and Texas — may have additional statutory rights. We will honour a
verified request from any resident of any state, whether or not the relevant statute applies
to a business of our size.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 13. Children travel with us all the time, but their details
reach us from a booking adult, not from the child. If you believe a child has sent us
information directly, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and stored on our hosting
provider’s servers, access to the administration area is restricted and password-protected,
and we apply security updates to the platform. No system is perfectly secure, which is the
reason for the notice above about not sending sensitive details through the website.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change
affects how we use information you have already given us, contact you directly.
